The Sound

Being Crystalline is about many things. But mostly its about frequency.
Here is a meditation tip I would like you to try.

Firstly: breath in love and out light.

Quite the mind and allow each thought to come and go.

Listen for the sound. The high pitch tone that buffers your ears when you are silent.

Listen beyond this initial sound and try to hear the higher frequency behind the static noise.

Keep pushing for the higher and higher tone, your body will start vibrating and your thoughts will be stilled.

Bring your heart into your head and turn your thoughts to feelings.

Allow the universe to raise your frequency. It is only by raising your frequency that the higher beings can descend to help you. Imagine your reaching up to grab someone reaching down.

You must change frequency to allow the true light in. It can't come to us, we have to strive to reach it too.

I think that technology encases us with a lot of static noise that makes the universal hum hard to hear. But try and you will make it.

I find the sound easier when I hold my crystals and match my frequency to theirs.

This message is manifested light and creates joy

The frequency of colour

Colour and sound are both about frequency. Life is frequency.
You will find in life that you resonate with certain colours and sounds. This is your harmony, your spirit group. Yes of course somedays you feel like you need one colour or another, this is about balance, but there will be a colour that is you.

The rainbow represents us, and the bands of existence.

None of these colours are bad, they are all perfect

Red, Orange, Yellow, Green , Blue, Indigo and Violet

If you are in the red band you might find yourself physical and practical. Yellow, joyful and child like. You will attract the beings that exist in your ray of light. It would be very hard for you to see beings that exist on the other bands.

Great Spirit is the light without separation. The 3D reality is built upon this separation with God.

Becoming Crystalline is about returning to the one light and transcending the spectrum.

Where are you on the spectrum? There is no ugly colour in the rainbow so feel proud!
