Dear Universe,
I really love you and I want to walk with you, not just in this incarnation but for eternity.

I am sorry for each time I don't act in the way that pleases you.

Please help me to stay present. To become truly humble and to release all that holds me separated from the ideal you have for me.

Come into my heart and mind and allow my thoughts to become your own. Help me to trust and forgive.

Help me release myself from the mistakes I have made in every lifetime.

Help me to remember to breathe.

Please turn the dark within me to your perfect light.

Help me to be an instrument of peace, not only on Earth but through out all realms.

May we all remember where we are from.

Welcome to the 5th Night

Today is the first day of the 5^th night of the 9^th universal wave of the Mayan Calendar.

It will last 18 days and be the darknest period in human history – a time of destruction.

There is nothing to fear. The destruction you face is yourself.

All spiritual seekers must pass through this destruction in order to flower in the next day period.

Be strong and we will all meet as our true selves on the other side.

To the darkness I give light and accept the IZness of life.

How to resonate.

I place these here for your spiritual growth.  Not all of them will be the correct frequency for you at the moment so go slowly and listen to the ones you resonate with and leave the rest.

I like to listen to 852 Hz and I run other sound tracks at the same time, the native american flute for example. 

I consider these frequencies building blocks that we can work with to fine tune our inner harmonies.

May this post bring joy and harmony to the mutliverse. 

Meet the Crystals!

Yesterday I decided to take some of my Crystal friends to Versailles so they could introduce themselves to you! 

I try not to buy crystals, I just let them come to me and I also help them move on when they want/need to. 

I love each one that lives with me dearly and our energy is bounded throughout time so even when one leaves, I can always connect with it.

Please meet Ami, she is a gentle energy that is unveiling herself more and more everyday.

Please meet Rosie, rosie is another crystal like Ami who is with me for healing, he (it) has been shattered by beening molded together from crystal dust (I think).  But everyday he comes into himself more with large thanks to my mother crystal (who wasn't on this trip so you will have to meet her another time.)  As you can see he thinks of himself as quite the stud and he would have liked a more phallic photo but I refuse to go there!

Next are the Crysta Twins, they like being together of course but they have very different personalities.  I think they would have liked individual photos but the larger twin could not decide where it wanted its photo taken.  So I will present them together.

Let me now present Magic.  Magic is a very special crystal (as you can see from the photo) who I leave mostly alone (well of course it gets to sleep under my pillow with the others).  This crystal has a lot of power and at the moment I have not been asked to use it.   Maybe in the coming dark times the world will have need of his light.

So that is some of the gang. 

Three of my beloved crystals have recently asked to go away on assignment so they can't be shown here but know they have asked to be placed where they can help anchor light at this time. 

When you are working with crystals you have to first realise that you are working with entities that are sovereign and ancient.  I am not their keeper but their friend.

How to beat the devil

Or otherwise know as becoming the Universal You.

Becoming the Universal You appears to be painful. 

Often the spiritual seeker feels as if they are a yo-yo attached to the divine, every time you create love you feel hate, every time you try and live in happiness, life makes you sad.

This is the perfection of the universe that you are becoming.

All aversions are addictions to NOT wanting.

In life you can not find peace if you want or if you don't want.

You must become the mind of the unborn, accepting of negative and positive without labelling it.

Realise firstly that wherever you are in this moment is the only place in the universe and the only moment where exists the building blocks of the universal you.

Take a breathe and look around, there are no accidents.

Realise even if you are in a jail cell or dining with the queen that the space your are occupying holds the answers that you are seeking.

Feel that craving and aversion dissolve as you realise that all that is necessary is within your fingers reach.

Look are your life.

Breath.

Trust.

 Today accept all that you cannot change and love yourself.

* Practice these Five Forces and you are ready for death at any moment.

* All teachings have the same goal.

* Follow the inner witness rather than the outer ones.

* Always have the support of a joyful mind.

* Practising even when distracted is good training.

* Always observe these three points:

1. Regularity of practice.

2. Not wasting time on the inessential.

3. Not rationalizing our mistakes.

* Change your attitude, but stay natural.

* Do not discuss defects.

* Don't worry about other people.

* Work on your greatest imperfection first.

* Abandon all hope of results.

* Give up poisonous food.

* Don't be consistent.

* Don't indulge in malicious gossip.

* Don't wait in ambush.

* Don't strike at the heart.

* Don't put the yak's load on the cow.

* Remember – this is not a competition.

* Don't be sneaky.

* Don't abuse your divine power for selfish reasons.

* Don't expect to profit from other people's misfortune.

* In all your activities, have a single purpose.

* Solve all problems by accepting the bad energy and sending out the good.

* Renew your commitment when you get up and before you go to sleep.

* Accept good and bad fortune with an equal mind.

* Keep your vows even at the risk of your life.

* Recognize your neurotic tendencies, overcome them, then transcend them.

* Find a teacher, tame the roving mind, choose a lifestyle that allows you to practice.

* Love your teacher, enjoy your practice, keep your vows.

* Focus your body, mind, and spirit on the path.

* Exclude nothing from your acceptance practice: train with a whole heart.

* Always meditate on whatever you resent.

* Don't depend on how the rest of the world is.

* In this life, concentrate on achieving what is most meaningful.

* Don't let your emotions distract you, but bring them to your practice.

* Don't let your practice become irregular.

* Train wholeheartedly.

* Free yourself by first watching, then analysing.

* Don't feel sorry for yourself.

* Don't be jealous.

* Stay focused.

* Don't expect any applause.

The perfect imperfections and the segregation of self

Now I am learning that the universe is part of me.
That the hunger I crave for - love, food, drink, objects, spiritual gifts etc. is an illusion of the mind.

How can there be a hole in something that is complete?

Once you realise that the emptiness you are trying to fill is only there because you forgot who you really are, you can take a deep breath and release the barriers and allow the universe to refill what was never empty.

Within our imperfections is the perfection, the universe would not exist if we hadn't acted and reacted in the ways that are hurtful, shameful or egoist.

We only have now so if now is filled with disorder, be content, trust, the divine is perfect within each moment.

All you have to do to win at life is to accept everything good and bad and trust.

When someone annoys me or I am stuck in traffic I see that it is something within me that wants to be released and cleansed.

There is no thing that is not you or related to you, this is your world.

As you become more aware of the divine wonder of yourself you raise frequency and the now that you inhabit raises with you.

That is why you can change the world. Because you are the world.

Think about what’s on the news; famine (is there hunger within you?) Riots (are you battling your self?)

Think like this and soon you will see through the veil.

A peaceful Easy Feeling

Today is a peaceful day.  It seems I should be panicing and stocking up and worrying about my kids future.  But I don't feel worried about anything at all.

Everything is going to be alright.  So to grant you all a respite in the storm, a restful moment, here are the Eagles.

Becoming the Crack – sometimes know as the doorstop.

The void is a place filled with the potential to create.

If you want to create healing energy, light, love, joy etc. you have to become the crack.

The Crack is what lets the Great Spirit in. The door is the thing you want to give energy to.

You are nothing more than the way through, you have no power and must endeavour to remain humble at all times.

You have a right to feel joy when you bring healing and you have a right to feel the intense happiness that comes from serving the Oneness.   If you do feel pride, acknowledge it and remind it that you are only a hole for the whole. Release the energy of pride back into the void to become something new.

Don't try and label or humanise any of the unformed things that exist in the void. Just allow the Oneness to come and complete the person, animal, plant, planet etc. that you are seeking to help.

Some people think of a doorstop instead of a crack, the thing that holds the door open so Great Spirit can enter.

I pray for gentleness and joy for the world today, I call it out into form. So it becomes.

A Prayer

Although these words are not my own, I send them out eternally asking the Great Spirit to manifest these words and restore the balance that has been lost.

Call to the thunderbeings

Bring rain to the people of Somalia, refresh the land.  I call to you that live within the all to heal the land that is so dry.  Restore the balance.

You here me calling across the all, bring the water, restore the balance. Formless void become the rain we need.  Thunder beings fly to the imbalance and cleanse it. I call to you for the people , hear my call.

Give-Away

Creation, I release to you the energies that had held me back from reaching the goal.

I realise in remembering portions from my past that I have made many terrible errors on the road to here.

I release the regret and remorse I feel and replace it with healing.

In growing, I release back to the void that which holds me back. I allow trust to replace fear.

Thank you for teaching me.

I allow the universe to look after me.


I ask for forgiveness from all I have taken from without giving.

Power Words

Void. Where all things wait to be created.

Call the creation from the void.

Remember how, within.
