A eagle flew above me just now as I walked home with the dogs. A waved up at it and said 'hello Great Spirit!' I felt blessed.
When I looked down, a bee lay on its back struggling to right itself, wings wet with rain. I took a stick and gently lifted it into a place that felt safe and dry.
Thank you Great Spirit for walking with me today and reminding me how big a difference even the smallest of us can make.
